Mont Projects was founded in 2021 by Dion Barnes and Michael Bryant, with Peter Burdon joining as a business owner in 2025. With offices in New South Wales and Victoria, our team brings over 65 years of combined experience in the construction industry.

We started Mont Projects to bring simplicity, care, and real partnership back into construction. After years of seeing how complex and high-pressure projects could become, we set out to do things differently — with calm communication, strong relationships, and a focus on doing things right the first time.

Our motto, Good People, Good Projects, isn’t just a tagline. It’s how we work — no construction drama, just clarity, trust, and accountability from start to finish.

We work across a range of sectors and project types, tailoring our approach to suit the needs of each client and site. Every project is personally managed by a director, giving clients direct access to leadership, experience, and hands-on involvement throughout delivery.
