With over 15 years in the industry, Michael has built a reputation for being thorough, thoughtful, and easy to work with. He’s held key roles from cadet to National = Estimating Manager and has delivered pre-construction outcomes for both large and boutique clients.

Michael is passionate about setting up projects for success from the start — simplifying complex processes and finding smart solutions that benefit every stakeholder. He works closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery and maximum value.

Dion is a highly experienced construction manager with a reputation for delivering projects on time, to spec, and without unnecessary complications.

With 20 years of experience — from apprentice to National Construction Manager — Dion understands the full lifecycle of a build, from the ground up. His strengths lie in project delivery, site management, and finding buildability solutions under tight timeframes. 

Dion leads project delivery at Mont Projects with a steady hand, a detail-oriented mindset, and a firm belief in clear communication. He builds strong relationships with clients and trades alike and is hands-on from day one to handover, ensuring quality and care throughout.

Peter brings proven expertise in growing construction businesses, with a focus on strategy, contract management, and leadership.

With a 30-year career that spans from the tools to executive leadership, Peter has a deep, practical understanding of the industry. Starting as a carpenter and site manager, he has progressed through project and state management roles, leading major construction companies and delivering high-profile projects.

Peter has also founded and grown businesses, overseeing everything from business development and estimating to safety and delivery. His calm, solutions-focused approach reflects Mont Projects’ ethos: no drama, just good people doing great work. Peter stays closely involved in each project to ensure high standards and client satisfaction from start to finish.
